Think of archery or darts, but instead you’re throwing an axe at the bullseye.
Sorry no walk-ins! You can check our availability and book online to secure your lane. We also take group bookings and corporate packages.
Our introductory experiences are 2 hours long. All events start with safety instructions and 1-on-1 throwing practice led by our trained axepert, Simba. Once you’ve mastered your axe-throwing skills, we’ll kick off the tournament to determine the axe-throwing champion!
Safety is our number one priority. Our axepert will brief everyone on safety protocol before we begin and all tournaments and lanes are fully supervised. Only the active competitor throwing the axe is allowed within the throwing area, whilst all other competitors are required to wait in the safety zone behind the lanes.
We’d recommend avoiding restrictive clothing – you need to be able to lift both hands over your head to throw the axe and we advise wearing closed shoes too. Other than that, wear what you feel great in!

Where are we?

Based in Salt River - Cape Town’s Brooklyn to New York - we’re a 10-minute Uber away from town centre, and lucky enough to be surrounded by some killer neighbours; a rum distillery, a pub, our soon-to-open sister brand Alice In Angerland - a Smash Room - and so much more.
